Ronny Ferella (drum set) and Adam Page (saxophone). I was invited to supply two pages of ideas and they did everything else. This was a big lesson in how a long trajectory of coherent, dynamic music could be created by two musicians from a small amount of triggering material. It's something I'd love to do more of.

What I found most challenging was the need to trust that the small amount of material I'd sent over was (1) at all good enough and (2) actually enough. I kept fighting the instinct to add more content, more information, be more specific etc.

It was really the act of submitting questions rather than answers.
