Siena Percussion Group perform new 11-percussion version of Voices at the End in Siena

We are thrilled to announce that the Siena Percussion Group will be performing the approximately 40-minute piece "Voices at the End" by composer John Psathas for the first time, in a new score specifically adapted for percussion. John Psathas will collaborate directly with our ensemble in a residency from May 29th to June 22nd, transforming his celebrated piano work into a unique experience for a percussion group. This world premiere will take place on June 22nd, 2026, at 9:15 PM at the Teatro dei Rinnovati in Siena. We are honored to share with you this "sound exploration" that addresses universal themes such as the climate crisis and humanity's relationship with the planet, which shape the future of our civilization.
