La Cuna Canadian premiere with Corey Hamm, David Fung, Vern Griffiths and Zach Masri in Vancouver

The Canadian premiere of La Cuna for two pianos and two percussionists, performed by Corey Hamm and David Fung (pianos) with Vern Griffiths and Zach Masri (percussion), as part of the UBC School of Music's Wednesday Noon Hours series.

The programme pairs La Cuna with Bartók's Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion, written for the same instrumentation nearly ninety years earlier. La Cuna was co-commissioned by a consortium that includes Corey Hamm. Tickets $8–$15, also available at the door.
