Percussion concert by Elisa Humanes, a visiting expert professor within the CPMZ's Erasmus+ "Echoes of Europe" program.

The CPMZ percussion students and students participating in the "Rhythmic Choir" activity developed in the previous days collaborated.

Elisa HUMANES began her musical studies with her mother, Salomé Díaz. She later studied percussion at the  Neopercusión Center and earned a Master of Percussion Professor Certificate and the Completion of Degree Award from the  Royal Conservatory of Madrid.

With a scholarship from the Tarazzi Foundation and the Meyer Foundation, she expanded her studies in several centers in France where she obtained a  Premier Prix à l'unanimité avec les félicitations du jury in the Marimba Class of the  Conservatoire Supèrieur de Paris (CNR), a  Premier Prix à l'unanimité avec les félicitations du jury in the Specialization Cycle of the   Conservatoire Marcel Dadi de Créteil and a Premier Prix Mention Très Bien at the   Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse of Paris (CNSMDP) where he also completed the Instrumental Soloist Improvement Cycle.

In recent years he has worked with L. H. Stevens (USA), K. Hathway (Great Britain), S. Gualda, M. Gastaud, F. Brana, E. Sammut and F. Jodelet (France). He has been a member of the  Ensemble Nacional de Música Contemporánea de España , the  Jovem Orchestre de France under E. Krivine and the  Lucerne Festival Orchestra conducted by P. Boulez. In Spain he has collaborated with the Gerhard Project and the Madrid Symphony Orchestra.

He is a member of the Les Insectes company  , the Ensemble  Variances, and  the Face à Face quartet (two pianos and two percussion instruments). He collaborates with the Ensemble  Ars Nova , the Ensemble   Intercontemporain , and the  Orchestre National de France.

Among other CDs, he recorded the book-CD of  Un retour by Oscar Strasnoy (Actes Sud),  Jivaro's work (Klarthe records) and  On the Other Side (Scala Music).

He participates in numerous multidisciplinary projects such as  La Carrosse d'Or (puppets),  Le Sirque (national center for circus arts) and theater with the actor Denis Lavant.

As a soloist, he received the Interpretation Prize from the  Collège d'Espagne in Paris and recorded the CD "Entre Libra y Escorpio," dedicated to contemporary percussion. He premiered numerous percussion works, including  Sébastien Gaxie's "  Zéro minutes, cinq printemps" and  "One again   , " Tomás Garrido's "  Mon nom est le nombre,"  and Thierry Pecou's "I can't breathe ."

He has given recitals at the  Conservatory of Murcia , the Autonomous University of Madrid, the  Tres Cantos Festival in Madrid, the  Collège de España , the  Cité de la Musique, the  Maison de Radio France in Paris, and the Moments Musicaux Festival in the Baie du Mont Saint Michel.

Interested in writing new percussion pieces, she published “RER C” with the publishing house “Alphonse Productions”

Elisa Humanes, qualified for higher percussion teaching by the National Centre for Territorial Civil Service of France (CNFPT), is currently a teacher at the CRD Issy-Vanves and, from September 2025, at the École Supérieure National de Musique et de Danse in Lille.
